What is Shanghai Food Safety Forum? | 上海食品安全论坛是什么？

The Shanghai Food Safety Forum is a seasonal speaker event that brings together experts who deal with food safety related issues on a daily basis to spread knowledge among people who are concerned about the quality and safety of their food and want to know more about what they can do to reduce the risk of eating unsafe food.

上海食品安全论坛是一个base在上海，以主题分享为主要呈现形式的论坛。每一季论坛都会邀请食安领域的专家和食品行业的创新者来到本地社区，为想要更多了解食物和食品安全性方面的社区人士们分享专业的知识和实用的生活食安常识。

If you have lived in Shanghai for any long period of time, then you’ve probably heard of some food safety scandal that would make you think twice the next time you buy food at the market or sit down at a restaurant. What can a normal person do in such a situation? The theme of the 3rd Food Safety Forum is “Practical Steps to Increase Food Safety” and our panel of 3 speakers will talk about various ways that you can ensure that the next meal you eat is not something that you will regret later.

Freelance Consultant 自由职业食品顾问

Carme has worked in the quality assurance and food safety industry for over 12 years for companies such as SGS and Kerry. Coming from an agricultural engineering background, she has spent most of her adult life as a food safety auditor, but now focuses on helping companies improve their food safety systems, running projects as a consultant in Shanghai.

Topic: Principles of Food Safety

Crame来自于农业工程领域，在食品安全认证行业拥有超过12年的工作经验，曾经与 SGS 和 Kerry 都有过合作经验。Crame目前以自由职业食品顾问的身份为上海的食品行业相关公司在食安系统的建立上提供专业的咨询的帮助。

MD PhD, medical science researcher 医学博士后，医药科学研究

Dildar is a medical professional that has helped patients with ear, nose and throat conditions and is currently researching new ways of helping improve the quality of life for those with allergic conditions. She was a research fellow at the University of Pennsylvania and later at Fudan University.

在宾夕法尼亚大学和复旦大学相继完成研究项目后，作为医药专家，Dildar致力于耳鼻喉部困难患者的医治。Dildar目前正主导一项针对如何帮助食物过敏症者提高生活饮食质量的研究。
